Returns & Refunds
We want you to love everything you order from Soleva Home. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns.
Returns Window
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Items must be in a resellable condition
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened incense packs
- Used candles
- Opened/used reed diffusers
Unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
